Fueled by the moment, my complete confidence in Tirzah’s ability to make anything happen, and all of you very willing side-kicks, I was certain I could see it clearly: this event didn’t just need a dance party—we could absolutely pull off a next-level one.

And then… it escaped my brain.

Almost immediately, I realized this idea—once released into the wild— was questionable at best.

Awkward. Dubious.

We are a collective powerhouse of transformational coaches,

elevating group coaching experiences that embody inspiration, joy, and growth.

If you’re looking for tidy answers, this probably isn’t your outlet.

This is a space for group and team coaches who are willing to experiment, get a little messy, and practice mastery in real time. We gather to sharpen our craft, challenge familiar patterns, and stretch what group coaching can actually be.

This is where we think out loud, test ideas, play with edges, reflect honestly, and refine—together. Because masterful coaching doesn’t show up polished.
