Is AI the New Coach?

In the last In Between, Michael raised a really great — and timely — question about AI’s role in coaching.

Fortunately (or maybe wonderfully), we’re still at the beginning of this evolving beast. This means we have the opportunity to shape it into a beautiful partnership, rather than something that takes over and turns us all into nonhuman logic processors.

We’re forwarding a session put on by ICF Tennessee titled A quick note: we are not officially endorsing the content (we honestly have no clue what their stance is!) — this is simply an invitation to explore, gather perspectives, and decide for yourselves how you want to relate to this growing conversation.

Thank you, Kristin, for sharing this! I plan to attend myself and would love to see some of you there.
