The intensive offers a comprehensive overview of the key elements of narrative, examining what’s happening at both micro and macro levels. It lays the groundwork for a deeper dive into each area in the subsequent core classes, preparing you for advanced mastery in narrative coaching.

Course V: Telling Your Story introduces innovative coaching techniques designed to help clients uncover and understand how specific narratives influence their lives. These strategies empower clients to detach from the emotional weight of their stories and see them as flexible, malleable myths open to transformation.

This course delves into the fundamental components and structure of stories, revealing their critical role in shaping and reshaping personal narratives. Course VI: Unpacking Your Story equips you with the skills to uncover and explore the backstories that may be holding clients back. You’ll learn how to identify the physical manifestations of these narratives and use somatic coaching techniques to help clients connect with the impact of their stories—both mentally and physically.

Course VII: Repacking Your Story is designed to help coaches master the art of guiding clients in reframing and revising their stories to regain a sense of control and agency.
