Narrative Navigators-Narrative Coach Practitioners

Shout out to all the coaches still haunted by the airport sign: “If you see something, say something.”

Sure, it’s great advice if someone’s about to hijack a plane…But in coaching? That reflex might just hijack the session.

Just because you see something doesn’t mean it’s time to say something.

The more urgent your truth feels to share, the more vital it is to trust theirs.

Truth travels best when it walks—not when it’s hurled like a helpful grenade.

Wondering in the Fog? Ask yourself:
  • What feels urgent to say—and what’s driving the urgency?

  • Are you offering a new perspective… or just tugging them toward your own?

  • What’s rising in their story that wants reflection, not redirection?

  • If you stayed quiet, what truth might they be more likely to find on their own?
