Change Your Story, and Your Beliefs and Behaviors Will Re-choreograph Themselves

Ever wonder why, after devouring every self-help book in the “Enlightenment or Bust” aisle, chanting affirmations until your mirror files a restraining order, and following that shiny 7-step plan like it’s the Holy Grail… you (or your client) still end up waltzing with the same old problems like they’re your high school prom date?
It’s not because you lack willpower, discipline, or an expensive enough vision board. It’s because you’re playing whack-a-mole with behaviors while the real puppet master — your story — is backstage pulling all the strings.
Change your story, and your beliefs and behaviors will re-choreograph themselves in ways you never imagined (hello, freedom!). Change only your behavior, and you’re still shackled to the same dusty script — forever doomed to audition for the role of “Almost There, But Not Quite.”
Rewrite the story first. Or prepare to keep starring in your own private Groundhog Day: The Musical.
