Does anyone else feel that mix of excitement, overwhelm, and confusion after we wrap up class? I leave with so many ideas—and they mostly live on my whiteboard right now. Totally a me problem.

I’ve been reflecting on how energized I feel when I’m around other LJ cohort members, and I’d love to create some space to connect outside of class. Whether you’re:

• Working on your coaching business plan

• Brainstorming strong questions to NAIL competency #3 & #8

• Thinking through how coaching fits into your life

I recently told Sara Cross that I needed more access to coaches… because let’s be honest, coaches are so cool, the coolest!

I loved everyone I met at LJ, so I’m thrilled to see this new community!

Yesterday, we tackled how to work with people who are stuck—and the ideas were 🔥! But one thing we didn’t dig into? The illusion of being stuck—aka when people think you’re stuck simply because you’re not changing fast enough for their liking.
