ICF Level 2 Accredited Coaching Certification Program

Narrative Coaching is an identity-based approach that goes beyond behavior—helping clients recognize and shift the stories shaping how they think, decide, and act.

Most coaching focuses on what to do.
Narrative Coaching works with who is doing it.

ICF Accredited Coaching Program

Develop the Foundations of Narrative Coaching

Where Story and Identity Shape Action

We all make sense of our lives through the stories we live inside.

But when behavior changes without a shift in the underlying narrative, it rarely holds. It feels forced. Disconnected. Unsustainable.

Narrative Coaching works at the level beneath behavior—where identity, story, and attention shape every decision.

This is where transformation begins.

This program develops your ability to help clients recognize and shift the narratives guiding their lives—so change isn’t something they try to maintain, but something they naturally live.

Cultivate a Coaching Presence That Creates Movement

Transformational coaching isn’t about providing answers.

It’s about developing the presence to:

  • recognize what’s shaping the moment

  • stay with complexity without rushing to fix

  • create the conditions where new awareness can emerge

Clients don’t just feel heard.
They begin to see differently.

Develop, Practice & Refine Your Coaching

Grounded in ICF Coaching Competencies, this program moves beyond understanding into application.

You will learn to:

  • listen beyond content into meaning and identity

  • ask questions that shift awareness—not just thinking

  • recognize patterns as they unfold in real time

This is where coaching moves from technique to capability.

A Flexible, Immersive Certification Experience

  • 5 Core Courses (including The Power of Possibility)

  • 7 Learning Labs for deep, applied practice

Designed For:

The Narrative Coaching Certification is designed for those ready to move beyond surface-level change and work at the level where transformation actually happens.

You’ll develop the ability to coach at the level of identity, story, and awareness—helping others create change that lasts, not just progress that fades.

ICF Competencies Lab I-III

Narrative Practitioner (Lab V-VII)

People do not respond to life as it is. They respond to life as the stories they hold allow them to experience it. Everything in the LJ curriculum flows from this premise.

  • Power asks, "What story determines what feels possible?"

  • Honor asks, "What story keeps someone loyal to who they've been?"

  • Design asks, "What story is shaping the client's present experience, and how do we meet them there?"

  • Integrate asks, "What new story becomes available when we access ways of knowing beyond analysis?"

  • Source asks, "What story allows someone's gifts to become a meaningful contribution?"
