Do You Want Fries With That?

There are people in this world who tune in to the whispers the rest of us drown out. While we’re lost in endless scrolling, rushing to nowhere, or tangled in the knots of second-guessing, they’ve tuned into a quiet, steady hum beneath the chaos—a rhythm that fuels their spirit and sharpens their knowing.
They don’t hear more because they have special tools or powers. They hear more because they choose not to get swallowed by the noise. While we’re stuck replaying the loop of “Should I? Can I? Will it even matter?” they’re listening to the stillness between the notes, tracing the white spaces around the edges, and finding treasure in the voids where most of us never bother to look.
These people aren’t in a rush. They’re not trying to fit a mold or meet a deadline. They trust the process, even when the path ahead is hazy. They’re not sweating over whether it’s “good enough” or if anyone’s watching. They simply create—fully, boldly—because they know their gifts will find their way to the right hands at the right time.
And while they’re courageously sending their offerings into the world—not for applause, but for connection—we’re often sitting in the drive-through, trying to muffle the growl of our restless soul with the cheap fix of convenience. We stare blankly at the menu, asking ourselves, “Do I want fries with that?”
But here’s the thing: this quiet knowing they’ve tapped into? It’s not some rare, mystical gift. It’s in all of us, waiting, growling louder every time we ignore it. The question is, will you keep numbing the hunger? Or will you pause long enough to hear it, trust it, and let it guide you toward something real?
