A Few Key Highlights:
Harrison circled back and asked Nea where she had experienced attentiveness in the past week. As you’ll see in the video, this was a great move—it helped Nea further define attentiveness for the session. Interestingly, how she saw it during the week was the opposite of how she wanted to experience it in the session.
Monica picked up on Nea’s distinction between head attentiveness and body attentiveness and later revisited it, which deepened the conversation.
I could go on, but I’d love for you all to identify the key moments and opportunities yourselves.
