Below are a few questions to ask your clients when your internal conclusions are screaming for attention they absolutely do not deserve.

Sure, it’s great advice if someone’s about to hijack a plane…But in coaching? That reflex might just hijack the session.

Just because you see something doesn’t mean it’s time to say something. The more urgent your truth feels to share, the more vital it is to trust theirs.

Truth travels best when it walks—not when it’s hurled like a helpful grenade.
