Who's Up for Story Time?

For those who don’t love reading—but don’t mind being read to…

In my spare moments (aka rabbit holes), I’ve been reading and reworking pieces from the soon-to-be-released Committed Ways of Being book.

Here’s my very first bedtime story—just for you.

Snuggle in. No footie pajamas required.

Such great insight that I hate, after all I have such great insight. 😜 Thank you for the reminder to not add to the chorus of voices.

Shout out to all the coaches still haunted by the airport sign: “If you see something, say something."

Sure, it’s great advice if someone’s about to hijack a plane…But in coaching? That reflex might just hijack the session.

Just because you see something doesn’t mean it’s time to say something. The more urgent your truth feels to share, the more vital it is to trust theirs.

Truth travels best when it walks—not when it’s hurled like a helpful grenade.

Wondering in the Fog? Ask yourself:

  • What feels urgent to say—and what’s driving the urgency?

  • Are you offering a new perspective… or just tugging them toward your own?
