The Narrative Foundations Certification is Part 1 of a two-part pathway for those committed to mastering the art of coaching—but who may need to pace their time and resource investment. It offers a powerful entry point into professional-level coaching while allowing you to build your education step by step. (All courses apply and lead to the Narrative Coach Practitioner certification.)
 

This is where coaching moves from conversation to transformation.
You’ll learn to create change through inquiry, not advice—to uncover the meaning beneath behavior and the story beneath strategy. Working through the ICF Core Competencies using narrative principles, ontological awareness, and applied practice, you’ll transform how you listen, question, and partner with clients.
 

Through live practice, tools, and reflective techniques, you’ll discover how stories shape perception, identity, and possibility—and how to help clients rewrite them from the inside out.

You won’t just learn to coach.

You’ll learn to see, hear, and ask in ways that spark awareness where advice never could.

  • 2 Core Courses (Honor Interior Self, Design a Creative Environment, Integrate Creative Expression, Source Gifts & Talents-offered once a month)

  • Discovery Lab (offered Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, & Nov

  • 2 ICF Labs (8 hrs group mentor coaching-offered monthly)

  • 3 One-on-One Mentor (TBD with student & mentor coach, must cover a 3-month span)
