Copyright License Agreement

This product and its derivative works are the sole property of Learning Journeys and are protected under applicable copyright laws. By purchasing this product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

• Ownership of Rights
  All rights, including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property, and distribution rights, remain exclusively with Learning Journeys.

• Permitted Use
  The buyer is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this product for personal or internal business purposes only.

• Restrictions on Use
  The buyer agrees:

  • Not to modify, alter, or create derivative works based on this product without prior written consent from Learning Journeys.
  • Not to resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer this product or its derivatives to any third party.
  • To use the product solely in its original format as provided.

• Prohibited Actions
  Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of this product violates this agreement and may result in legal action.

• Acknowledgment of Agreement
  By purchasing this product, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Copyright License Agreement.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy is as follows:

• 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at jennie@learningjourneys.net.

• After 30 Days

  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will provide you with a credit equal to the original purchase price.
  • This credit can be applied toward a different product of equal value.

• Conditions for Returns

  • A clear explanation of the reason for the return.
  • A recommendation for enhancement for the tool so we learn and improve from the experience.
