Our Coaching Philosophy: Coaching is a process that guides movement forward by sourcing answers from the individual. It is base on the belief that each person is resourceful and whole. They hold the answers to their individual questions and life challenges inside of themselves. It is the coach's role to ask powerful questions that cause reflection and take the person inward to access their own wisdom. Through this process, the client discovers methods for moving forward and achieving goals. And, the coach stands beside them encouraging, supporting, acknowledging and them -holding them accountable so that they uncover and reach their true potential.
