  • Anita Lang-COACHING PROVIDES NEW TOOLS FOR SUCCESS (This paper is not yet released)
This exploratory study is unique from others published by ACMPE because it provides an update to earlier published works, discusses coaching programs, and includes results of an online survey sent to participants of an international coaching center. It may answer questions such as, "Are there advantages to administrators new tools or to gain a competitive edge from receiving coaching training? How might it benefit themselves, their staff and organization? Can this expertise advance the profession of medical practice management?
  • Clare Janty-SHIFTING THE MEDICAL MODEL (Please contact us if you want information.)
  • Dawn Morningstar-LEGACY CREATION COACHING
  • Linda Nelson-NEW BEGINNINGS
  • Kate Probert-CULTURAL ASSIMILATION AND COACHING
Kate's paper looks at the value of coaching within organizations that are struggling with diversity issues. Having duel citizenship between Russia and the US and being a manager and employee, she clearly defines the benefits, costs and struggles of both sides of employees and employers working within a diverse workforce. Through her own experience and her research she successfully demonstrates how Coaching Assimilation can enhance the work culture.
  • Kristi Pesek-LIVING BEYOND THE ILLNESS
Kristi's paper is about her personal struggle with chronic illness and how coaching assisted her in achieving and how it can assist others. Her focus is coaching people with long term illness to enhance their lives despite their challenges. Her research and story clearly demonstrate the benefits of coaching for chronically ill individuals.
"With compassion, a loving heart and a listening ear I am ready to walk beside you. My shoes have been worn on paths of illness and incompletion but with curiosity, forward movement and determination, I have found a world of possibilities."-Kristi Pesek
