Brief Summary of the Power of Possibility Course
The Power of Possibility equips you with fundamental coaching tools and techniques for assisting others in achieving goals. The course teaches you how to develop, maintain and expand trust. It increases your personal proficiency for meaningful communication and aligned interaction between values, beliefs and behaviors. It provides strategies for moving others beyond stuck and non-resourceful states. And, this course creates a deep awareness of how to successfully operate in the world.

This course is a combination of facilitation, group coaching, demonstrations and experiential peer coaching. There are numerous opportunities to learn from participants as well as the master facilitators. By the time you complete the course, you will better understand the coaching process, you will have a number of coaching tools you can immediately use with others and you will know first hand how inspiring and exciting coaching can be.

Continuing Education
All Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching (ICC) graduates are required to invest in their continuing education. This commitment to ongoing learning is part of our "Raising the Bar" initiative to ensure we are the world leaders in coaching technologies, tools and proficiencies. To keep at a high level of regard, we are requiring each graduate to complete 32 hours every two years. Of the 32 hours, 20 hours need to be through Learning Journeys ICC focusing on expanding/
refining skill sets. We encourage you to find imaginative methods for obtaining your other 12 hours that will expand your coaching potential.

We invite coaches from other methodologies to join us for additional training and work towards ensuring that coaching is and remains a respected and coveted profession.
