International Center of Coaching (ICC) is recognized as one of

Learning Journeys
International Center of Coaching (ICC) is headquarters in Columbia
Heights, a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. ICC coaches, trains
and facilitates organizations, groups and individuals throughout
the United States.

Led by its
founder, Ruth M. Godfrey, ICC has established a track record
of remarkable success based on dedication, integrity, innovation
and courage. Godfrey worked for more than 30 years in the Organizational
Development field, where she provided organizational development,
consulting services and headed up large scale strategic initiatives
for many businesses. Godfrey is a vision coach and a trailblazer
in new and innovative coaching technologies. She is the creator
of Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching which
is an organization committed to development of revolutionary
coaching technologies and discovery dialogue techniques, producing
mastery level coaches, transformational learning and creative
expression.
In addition to the school, Godfrey is the co-author of the inspirational
book Delicious Conversations. The book focuses on having meaningful
conversations. She is also the co-creator of inspirational cards,
Committed Ways of Being, that bring forth strong relationships
through conversations and greater awareness.
Her educational background consists of a Masters Degree in Adult
and Occupational Education and several Mastery Level Coaching
Practitioner certifications from a variety of schools in addition
to the development of ICC's accreditation process. Additional
certifications include Quality Evaluator, Myers Briggs Certification,
Re-engineering and Process Mapping, Applying Benchmarking Practices,
Systems Modeling and Scenario Planning.

Jennie Antolak
has worked in the Organizational and Development field for the
past fourteen years providing a variety of leadership development
training programs, custom training and organizational development
consulting services. She spent the last eight years developing
individuals to become exemplary leaders through the development
and implementation of management and leadership certification
programs and provides credentialing programs to people who are
interested in adding coaching to professional development programs.
Antolak is a Master Certified Life Coach Practitioner who concentrates
on guiding individuals that are seeking to align their careers
with their life purpose. She also is the co-creator of the International
Center of Coaching assisting in the development, design and
delivery of all coaching tools, learning models and materials.
With each program, Jennie integrates innovative methods for
building skill capacities. She is the co-creator of Commmitted
Ways of Being inspirational cards and she just developed
a 12-week wellness program-Just For Me. She had the opportunity
to pilot it with the MS Society. Research was conducted throughout
the program with favorable results. (The data will be posted
shortly.)
Antolak's
educational background consists of a Masters Degree in Organizational
Leadership, a Bachelors of Art Degree in Communications, and
a Mini Masters in Software Design.
